you’re really late. The world is quite aware that he’s dangerous. Yet they laugh at him because he hates that. Not because they don’t get it.

What I don't do is say "he's joking" when he tweets his garbage. I wish that would stop.

The rest of the world, outside of Putin, is deadly serious about him, whether they joke or not.

Because when I’ve seen people talking about Trump in the media they take his antics very seriously, even when it’s delivered as laughing at him.

Laughter is very complex. It isn’t always about fun and games, or frivolity. It’s also used as a means to ridicule people. To mock them.
