This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by Omaha Steve (a host of the General Discussion forum).
In a speech before the World Zionist Congress in Jerusalem, Netanyahu described a meeting between Husseini and Hitler in November, 1941: "Hitler didn't want to exterminate the Jews at the time, he wanted to expel the Jew. And Haj Amin al-Husseini went to Hitler and said, 'If you expel them, they'll all come here (to Palestine).' According to Netanyahu, Hitler then asked: "What should I do with them?" and the mufti replied: "Burn them."
Netanyahu's remarks were quick to spark a social media storm, though Netanyahu made a similar claim during a Knesset speech in 2012, where he described the Husseini as "one of the leading architects" of the final solution.
The claim that Husseini was the one to initiate the extermination of European Jewry had been suggested by a number of historians at the fringes of Holocaust research, but was rejected by most accepted scholars.

(89 posts)No doubt here he's pushing hatred towards Muslim for his political murderous agenda, no questions.
That said, Al Husseini positions are historically accurate. It has been proven by researchers that radical Islam and nazism have a lot in common. Hitler did effectively met Al Husseini to share their common wiews on Jewish people.
From various researchs, Hitler had an admiration towards Al Husseini because they had a common purpose.
Where Bibi is totally wrong is that Hitler didn't needed Al Husseini advices to exterminate Jews. The final solution was planned before 1933 and it's pre staging begun with Aktion T4, the elimination of the "unoroductives" (disabled, mentally ill German citizens suffered the first mass gassing in sanatoriums)

(40,993 posts)program, "Aktion T4." 300,000 disabled & mentally ill persons- 'the unfit'/'useless eaters' were gassed to death by 1945.
Wiki, Aktion T4: Aktion T4 (German, pronounced [akˈtsi̯oːn teː fiːɐ]) was a postwar name for mass murder through involuntary euthanasia in Nazi Germany. The name T4 is an abbreviation of Tiergartenstraße 4, a street address of the Chancellery department set up in the spring of 1940, in the Berlin borough of Tiergarten, which recruited and paid personnel associated with T4. Certain German physicians were authorised to select patients "deemed incurably sick, after most critical medical examination" and then administer to them a "mercy death" (Gnadentod).
The killings took place from September 1939 until the end of the war in 1945; from 275,000 to 300,000 people were killed in psychiatric hospitals in Germany and Austria, occupied Poland and the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia (now the Czech Republic). The number of victims was originally recorded as 70,273 but this number has been increased by the discovery of victims listed in the archives of the former East Germany. About half of those killed were taken from church-run asylums, often with the approval of the Protestant or Catholic authorities of the institutions.
> Several reasons have been suggested for the killings, including eugenics, compassion, reducing suffering, racial hygiene and saving money. Physicians in German and Austrian asylums continued many of the practices of Aktion T4 until the defeat of Germany in 1945, in spite of its official cessation in August 1941. (1,777 posts)I abhor Netanyahu. But, you know, when Trump denounces 80% of us as "bad Jews," the response from the left shouldn't be: "That's outrageous! Those aren't the bad Jews! THESE are the bad Jews, and it's all their fault!"
Shouldn't be, but often is.

(45,625 posts)1. Hitler didn't want to kill the Jews, but
2. A Mufti overrode his objections, overwhelmed the free will of a lunatic, and
3. Hitler wanted to kill the physically/mentally disabled within Germany and Europe (all ages including children), gypsies, homosexuals and lesbians, all who were not physically able to perform hard labor (another 6 million murdered) -- but HE DIDN'T WANT TO KILL THE JEWS.
What Yeshiva let YOU graduate Bibi? Have you read any meaningful work about the Holocaust? When in doubt, blame it on the Mufti/Arabs?
