his blasphemy knows no bounds. every day - every hour - his words and actions are more and more heinous...beyond the bounds of human experience.

this is starting to take a toll on my brain.

i need to break free. right now i am experiencing addictive behaviors (i think) following today's news.

i have some techniques, so i'll be ok. but it is going to take some work and dedication.

disloyalty to the country, fuck, i don't know. the evidence is rampant.

we can't give up... 45 is absolutely taking space in my brain so I am painting my house (shed and garage) and redoing much of it... getting outside as much as I can, writing letters, making phone calls, etc...

I'm having difficulty feeling motivated right now. Big career "advancement" that is somewhat paralyzing me. I'm older (64), so trying to allow myself time and space. Just wish I were leaning toward a little more healthy activities. Pulled weeds on our acreage and got out for a short walk yesterday. Maybe more of the same today after it cools down. Dog is hoping for it!
