I thought that I had seen pretty much everything, but. Earlier today I was out for lunch. It is raining cats and dogs where I live in Florida right now. I have never seen ducks hiding from the rain under trees, I just saw that. Did I miss something?

(35,817 posts)here in NE Ohio we had quite a downpour, and I saw two robins hiding under the stone bench in my back yard while it rained. I actually saw them out on the grass when it started to rain, and once the rain got intense, they hopped under the bench and waited it out, maybe 15-20 minutes. Maybe animals are smarter than we give them credit for????
