About 20 million viewers for the RNC

That is the total for each night of the Convention on all networks combined. And a bulk of that is Fox News (about 6-7 million), folks who are voting for Romney anyway.
I can only conclude that the majority for voters don't give a shit about what these asshats are saying and are not going to vote based on it.

To put it in perspective, American Idol's finale gets 20 - 25 million alone. And the Super Bowl about 100 million.

But why would they.
The DNC is not trying to introduce Obama to America. Americans should know who he is and what he stands for (at least the non-Faux News viewers.) The Dem Convention is a superfluous exercise. How Obama responds to Issac hitting the Gulf is more important.
But this was suppose to let Americans know who Romney and Ryan are.
And it seems that America does not care.

So, there's a chunk of folks that are watching but will NOT be voting for them.

I can't stomach the poop in large doses. I appreciate the others here who can, and do it for me.

I'm a pretty serious political junkie. Yet even I don't watch the conventions.

American Idol I think is on it's final leg, I won't even turn it on because of the so called judges they have.
Most of them wouldn't know talent if it came up a slapped them in the face!
