From WebMD...

"Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: signs of blood flow problems in the fingers or toes (such as coldness, numbness, pain, or skin color changes), unusual wounds on the fingers or toes, mental/mood/behavior changes (such as agitation, aggression, mood swings, depression, abnormal thoughts, thoughts of suicide), uncontrolled movements, continuous chewing movements/teeth grinding, outbursts of words/sounds,change in sexual ability/desire, frequent/prolonged erections (in males)."

Also, how many times have we seen some of these symptoms:

"Get medical help right away if you have any very serious side effects, including: shortness of breath, chest/jaw/left arm pain, fainting, severe headache, fast/pounding/irregular heartbeat, seizures, swelling of the ankles/feet, extreme tiredness, blurred vision, weakness on one side of the body, slurred speech, confusion."

People have tooth-grinding and chewing sometimes with cocaine use as well. I think he's on something every time he gets up to speak, especially when it's one of his rallies or some special occasion like this.

when he talks at rallies. or/and in public.

He had a huge jaw spasm and leaned into Melania's shoulder a couple years ago, she immeidately whispered something to him and they stepped back, her shoulder against his, in tiny mincing shuffle steps. It was clear she was providing support..literally... and very clear she was doing something she knew how to do, this was not a one-off.

a colleague of mine who partook of way too much cocaine in the Seventies has it: he has involuntary spasms of his jaw which cause it to move left and right two or three times in extremis. It is difficult to witness.

… I did with GWB. Crooked Donald seems to be snarling in that... I remember he sniffed a lot. I think they altered the position of mics and how they record him, now, to disguise the sniffing... but you can still see it (the sniffing).

Could just be physical manifestations of his many mental and spiritual pathologies.

His ugliness and freakishness internally are shining through, in a more pronounced way. He's under more pressure.

For a guy who is supposedly that rich, one would think he could afford ones that fit better. Or, implants. I think his brain worms might be attacking some of his facial nerves, as well. They're running out of gray matter to consume.
