The Cycle that grinds us down…

Last edited Tue Aug 28, 2012, 11:20 PM - Edit history (1)

1. The country elects Republicans because the majority falls for the GOP's story that things aren't good enough and they can make things better.

2. When the Republicans take charge and their policies take affect, they make most people suffer and dissatisfied for the sake of the few. Things get really fucked up.

3. The voters get up in arms, kick out the Republicans and replace them with Democrats. The Democrats, unfortunately are never given the same benefit of belief as Republicans, because unlike Republicans, the Democrats are not this country's Default Party with the majority of white voters.

4. Although our two party system is great for Republicans as they do everything to maintain the high level of the misery index, it also makes it hard for Democrats to fix the problems. Progress is slow, because obstructionism is rampant.

5. Under Democrats, although things improve, the majority gets pissy and complains that things haven't turned on a dime. They get distracted with fringe issues and they start thinking that they can afford to bring in the Default Party for a bit with "fresh ideas". They forget that the "fresh ideas" created the problems that caused things to get fucked up in the first place.

6. The country elects Republicans because the majority falls for the GOP's story that things aren't good enough and they can make things better.
