Governor Kasich just bragged about how well Ohio has done
Of course he took all the credit for bringing the state back from the recession that no one at the convention seems to remember was caused by a Republican and criticized the president for holding him back.
After the stimulus, signs popped up in Ohio at every location that was benefiting from federal funding. There were a lot of huge signs around Cleveland and Youngstown, and on the main drag in my hometown of Warren. Immediately after taking office John Kasich had those signs taken down.
What he effectively did was erase President Obama's fingerprints from those economic jump starts and replace them with his own. We've seen this in every state with a Republican governor, where they carp about how Obama destroyed the country with his failed policies, and at the same time laud the recovery their state has seen since Obama took the oath.
Does it seem everyone has gone crazy, or is it just me?
