1. Was Orly Taitz not available?

Sidney Powell is a pretty close second.

8. When he hires lawyers like this, I'd say you are almost certainly right.

There definitely is no remorse.

13. No remorse and no regret. The only regret he has is pleading guilty and 'cooperating'.

This is beyond belief I saw the breakdown on Rachel last night and the judge ain't gonna like this at all.

9. Incredible. Just how many attorneys must have turned him down?

Not just the "big 4" who specialize in top officials, but...everyone else. These people are so bad they're a sub-subculture unto themselves. Regular bad people won't associate with them.

I remember none of the 4 would represent Trump because they knew he always tried to cheat his attorneys and wouldn't pay his bills, he was out of control and wouldn't follow legal advice, current clients would object to the association, and promising college students would refuse internships.

10. My guess is that this isn't about hiring top lawyers, it's more about Flynn and his son continuing

to operate within the Trump Ecosystem. Over the last two years Flynn jr has continued to tweet bilious nonsense, despite the predicament the two of them are in. I suspect the two of them are nuttier than a bag of wild cats.

12. The prosecutors recommended 0 jail time

Why on earth would you hire a lawyer who is likely to spew nutty conspiracy theories to a judge who already has asked if your client could have committed treason? Why would anyone think going to jail and getting a pardon later is better than 0 time at all in prison? Why would you risk putting indictment of your son back on the prosecution's menu?
