Pelosi bristles after CNN grills her over why she shouldn't impeach Trump if he's committing crimes

Published 2 hours ago on June 11, 2019

By Brad Reed

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Tuesday once again refused to budge from her stance against impeaching President Donald Trump — even as CNN’s Manu Raju confronted her with evidence that the president has committed crimes.

During an interview with the House Speaker, Raju asked Pelosi if she would support an impeachment inquiry against Trump if the majority of Democrats supported it.

“Why are we speculating on hypotheticals? What we’re doing is winning in court,” she said.

Raju pointed out that special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election outlined multiple instances of potentially criminal behavior by the president.

Raju then asked Pelosi if Trump deserved credit for forcing Mexico to take a tougher line on immigration.

“If I had been invited to talk about the president — I would have more important work to do at home,” Pelosi remarked, adding that the entire issue was meant to distract from the Mueller report. “Look at the timing.”

“I will not be part of the diversionary tactics of the White House that you are obviously akin to,” Pelosi later told Raju.

1. So, wait, the Mexico thing is "diversionary" to the Mueller report on which she won't act...

...because impeachment would be a distraction?

From something else?

(I know, I know, it's THREE-DIMENSIONAL Twister)

Pelosi is going to replace Pilates as the most popular form of Yoga.

6. He'll claim exoneration either way.

If we don’t impeach, he’ll say the Dems knew he didn’t commit any crimes and so that’s why they didn’t impeach. We shouldn’t base impeachment on what Trump will or won’t say.

That said, I support Pelosi and believe she’ll pull the trigger if and when she has the votes.

The Beltway Media has a Narrative and that is Get Trump reelected no more no less.

Folks memories are long in Politics and the Speaker is working her team to get things right. Our Nation had a Imposter placed in the Oval Office by outside forces and with help of a compromised Media and Corrupt Politicians from Republican Party.

Once again, the "president" is using misdirection, and Mme Speaker sees it and calls it out and will not play along.

Those of you criticizing Our Nancy did not see the gigantic slap across the face she just delivered to a lazy-minded tv journalist. He'll be holding an ice-pack to his face tonight, trying to ease the burn.

8. So the Mueller report is misdirection?

And Madame Speaker is the rare leader who sees it?
