Remembered and never forgotten.

This is why i don't understand the relationship between 44 and 43.

The GOP is rotten to their lying, corrupt, thieving core.

Trump's crazier, less in control and under control, and 45 is worse than 42, but with the same themes of massive corruption, criminal actions, seizure of power, growing authoritarian control.

From John Dean, a conservative ex- Republican without illusions who testified yesterday:

Worse Than Watergate: The Secret Presidency of George W. Bush
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FC1L60/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_hsch_vapi_taft_p1_i5

Broken Government: How Republican Rule Destroyed the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Branches

These are both fascinating reads and in their way even more pertinent than when written because everything he warned about has become dangerously worse. Many of the same people are still players.

Btw, speaking of W and "players," I just read that the man who threw his shoes at him at a press conference has just "endorsed" Mike Gravel.
