MSNBC"s legal analyst Danny Cevalos is a GOP tool.

He just claimed that Trump collecting milions from foreign potentates through his DC hotel is probably not a violation of the Emoluments Clause and "no big deal."

In recent weeks he defended states eviscerating women's rights to choice by claiming Roe v. Wade was unconstitutional and the Constitution has no privacy protections.

Looking at his credentials in Wiki, it's a mystery he has made it as far as he has. He has more experience in TV than practicing law.

My guess is he is using his MSNBC gig to audition for a job on Fox News.

"Depends on how you read the clause." What Trump is doing should be the definition of the clause.

If they did, no doubt more knowledgeable and less biased lawyers would prove him wrong.

They've replaced a number of liberals with gop spokesmen and diluted liberal ideas. Being anti-trump does not make you a Democrat. They still have a conservative agenda.

They need to get rid of him, similar to the way they did with Hewitt.
