Who was the unknown "Congressman" mentioned in the unredacted Flynn testimony?

It was mentioned that a White House "personal lawyer" (believed to be John Dowd) and a Congressman were in contact with General Flynn? Who might it have been??

My first thought was Devin Nunes? Or Lindsey Graham? Or Richard Burr? Or Paul Ryan? The possibilites are endless.

2. If they meant "congressman" as in a member of the House...

You can strike Graham and Burr from the list. Probably one of the usual congressman that are Trumpers likes Nunes, Jordan, Gaetz, etc.

14. This might explain why Lindsey Graham is in super Trump-Kisser / Trump-Protector mode right now.

15. I'm guessing that it is Nunes

Back when the obstruction took place in 2017, McCain was still alive and Graham was occasionally reasonable. So, I don't think it's Graham.

Who were the 8 senators that went to Russia on July 4 2017? One of those 8 maybe are other possibles.
