2. There were none. And you know what ... there doesn't HAVE TO BE ...

The very concept is MADE UP BULLSHIT from the BULLSHITTER IN CHIEF.

Oversight means Oversight. IOW, it's whatever Congress decides constitutes Oversight ... that's the only f***ing REQUIREMENT.

4. Exactly

Legislative purpose is left solely up to Congress, therefore if Congress says there's a legislative purpose, by definition, there is.

6. Ditto on 2 and 4

Like asking a judge "Your honor, what exactly is your judicial intent?"

A quick way to jail with a contempt charge.

7. Right? It's nothing but made-up bullshit mumbo-jumbo ...

"Legitimate Legislative Purpose"?

This term appears nowhere in any law/reg/SCOTUS decision/the Constitution/etc in any pertinent way to the situation at hand here.

Congress has responsibility to both Legislate, AND to Conduct Oversight. TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.

Imagine that?!?

Time to get this into a court room and lay these assholes to waste.
