Scabs got his head handed to him by HEILEMANN re: "compromise"/Rethug obstructionism

Scabs started out with his pontification, "What this president DOES NOT UNDERSTAND..." and you're waiting for this profound pronouncement given the stentorian vocalism, "is that the American people yearn for COMPROMISE and he never did it..."

John HEILEMANN jumped right in and said that Scabs is totally off, that the Rethugs especially in the House met from the first day and swore nothing but obstruction and not to give an inch on anything.

Scabs tried to sputter back, not daring to do the slap downs he does on DEUTCH and Mika, but started to repeat his dictum, and HEILEMANN wouldn't have it, said that Rethug obstructionism is the very reason that Rethugs congress critters have the lowest approval rating anywhere and that the President's is much higher than theirs.

Scabs was the Two Yr Old but finally had to drop it.

1. Precisely why I suggest the make an ad about OBSTRUCTIONISM of the GOP (greedy-o-purpose).

Direct, hard-hitting, using comments by Beck, Rush, McConnell, Norquist, and all the others. There are enough quotes and live footage all over the place to put together one hell of an add that shows who really loves America and who tries night and day to hurt our economy and our health.

and in looking it up for this post, WHO is behind it, why Harry REID who has been denigrated for being a wus. The whole spot is of a gigantic check with the key words being written onto it.

A liberal nonprofit group with ties to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) wants to make the Koch brothers famous outside the Beltway establishment, where they're well known GOP fundraising heavyweights.

Patriot Majority PAC launched Tuesday what it calls a "long-term, nonpartisan project" targeting the billionaire industrialists Charles and David Koch, who are expected to spend hundreds of millions of dollars attempting to defeat President Barack Obama in the November election.

The anti-Koch crusade starts with a $500,000 ad buy on national cable television and will continue throughout the fall with online ads, direct mail and citizen engagement, according to a news release from the PAC.

"The Koch Brothers and their special interest friends have been pursuing their Greed Agenda for decades," Patriot Majority USA President Craig Varoga said a statement. "Just as Rome was not built in a day, it will take a lot more than a few months to stop the Greed Agenda. The effort that we’re beginning this week will eventually include all 50 states and will continue at the local, state and federal levels.”

In one of the anti-Koch campaign's two TV spots, a narrator accuses the Koch brothers and their Republican allies of trying to "buy this year's election" as a fake signature is scrawled over a fundraising check made out to "The Greed Agenda.”

"What's their payback?" the ad's narrator asks. "Politicians who will pass laws that benefit special interests but hurt the middle class." ....

2. Heilemann did good. Joe was his usual self, or perhaps a little more so.

I would suggest that they rename the show "Morning Meltdown," or at least introduce a little graphic in the corner of the screen that'd show how much of an asshole Joe is being at any given point in the show.

4. Somebody asked whether HEILEMANN was kicked off the show

I don't think so. He was gone after his first segment, but was back again, gone again, and back again. Making room for guests? But it was hilarious that Michael STEELE was gone while (Candy CROWLEY's boyfriend) Haley BARBOUR was on, and BARBOUR said that the Rethugs were in great shape "with a new (chairman?)." Whoa. STEELE must have been around somewhere hearing that.
