Robert Mueller must think of the consequences if he clears Trump of all charges...

We have already seen a hint of where he will go.

When he received the good economic news and felt confident that the investigation was over, what did he do? He called up Vladimir Putin and gloated, totally ignoring their attack upon our democracy.

If he is not held accountable, it will get much worse and much quicker than we think.

At this moment, Robert Mueller is the arbiter between the 500+ prosecutors and officials, that signed a letter, and the Trump/Barr/Republican Senate axis.

2. Mueller has a choice

His legacy can be as a man of courage and integrity, a heroic figure in 21st century American history or as another good German who went along with a corrupt regime. It's hard to imagine he would choose the latter but we will soon see which choice he'll make.

Said the Dems had to strike quickly. We didn’t. Time has minimized the urgency and efficacy. It’s been weeks now and trump and now McConnell are filling the void and affecting opinion. Their side is laughing at our futile contempt of Congress actions.

But truth is on our side and Donald Trump has nightmares about the truth. He understands that it is always there, like a dark shadow intruding on his most evil dreams.

he's a genius because he can manipulate the press and public opinion, obviously. I can just hear him thinking,

"I know the news cycles. I know people have the attention span of a gnat. I know, if I delay and manipulate and obfuscate what's in this report, they will lose interest. They will start believing me because I tell them in sentences and soundbites of 3 words or less. That sticks. It works. I have GOPers repeat it too.

And, I know, that if the Democrats don't pounce immediately with counts of obstruction, I can keep saying, there's nothing there, over and over and I got away with it all. Democrats don't act quickly, they are cautious. They didn't even do anything about all the Cohen stuff. So, obviously they are weak players. Democrats have no cogent voice with a single simple message. And I've got a big thing on my side too. I know how to tie up things in court forever"

He is a master manipulator of the media.

There have been few days that he has not controlled the media in the last 2 1/2 years.

6. He CAN'T "clear." And no charges yet.

Mueller can prosecute. He can't be judge or jury. Very basic.

Itm, the wheels of justice are grinding closer.

As for not liking what's happening,

“Elections belong to the people. It's their decision. If they decide to turn their back on the fire and burn their behinds, then they will just have to sit on their blisters.” ― Abraham Lincoln

Unfortunately, the worst are the noisiest, not those suffering the greatest consequences so far.

courts etc. deal with the ramifications, instead of us being in this limbo land.

Why didn't he?

I know that supposedly there wasn't enough to charge, but do we really know this?

I guess we'll have to wait and see until Mueller testifies before Congress in mid May, 2019.
