Louis CK is performing in Minneapolis soon, and the comedy club sent out a notice because he doesn't post tour dates anymore. In addition to adding YONDR pouches to his gigs, he also requires them to share this copyright notice that I have never before seen a comedian share/post

GFY, Louis.

2. I had to look it up....

Yondr is an American company founded by Graham Dugoni in 2014. It makes mobile phone pouches which close with a proprietary lock, and a device for unlocking them. The Yondr products facilitate the host of a venue in preventing people from using their mobile phone or similar device whilst inside. Wikipedia

5. He probably shouldn't advertise his whereabouts like that

He is going to attract some woman's group in some town, some night, that may think,"hey girls, let's go out and beat the shit out of CK at that club tonight".

10. He's probably counting on the free publicity

It's be better to ignore him and convince everyone you know to ignore him. Best payback - he walks on stage to an empty club.

6. That's okay, Louis...

Your "Materials" fucking suck. I'd rather have an anvil dropped on my foot than a ticket to a Louis CK concert.

7. When what you say is so offensive you need to keep people from recording it.

He's protecting his Incel demographic.

8. I believe he's charged for streaming his shows on his website

He may be a perv, but he has a right to protect his performances from being illegally taped. I've seen a similar disclaimer on passes to preview screenings lately.
