John Glenn at the NASA forum earlier this year had mentioned this is the first time in the history of our space program the the United States did not have way to send or get astronauts off of the space station that we are dependent on Russia.

Interesting Al Jazeera interview with Charles Boldin. The video is about 21 minutes long and Boldin explains how NASA is understands that we need the best minds from around the world in order to explore the universe and ultimately help the planet. The interviewer asks intelligent questions.

It is worth your 20 minutes to view this video, imho. Bolding gives Pres. Obama credit for steering NASA in the right direction - approx 18:20 minutes into the video.

Can't they manage to honor an American hero without somehow dragging a slur against Obama and Muslims into the conversation? It seems to me that when you can't even discuss the death of Neil Armstrong without dredging up cracks about Muslims and Obama, you have a serious problem with being an unhinged partisan hack - and that's the nicest thing I can say about Monica Crowley for these comments.

I'd probably get my post hidden if I said what I really thought about introducing such garbage into the honest recognition and remembrance of an American who did something positive with their life.
