Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman Could Face 20 Years in Prison for Scandal

Lori Loughlinand Felicity Huffman appeared in front of a federal judge in Boston on Wednesday, April 3, regarding their alleged roles in the nationwide college admissions scandal.

The judge told all defendants — including Loughlin’s husband, Mossimo Giannulli — that they face a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison, three years probation and a $250,000 fine. All 13 defendants, including the actresses and the fashion designer, were charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services fraud on Wednesday.

The Full House alum, 54, and Giannulli, 55, were taken into custody last month after they were accused of paying bribes to ensure that their daughters, Bella, 20, and Olivia Jade, 19, were accepted into the University of Southern California.

According to court documents, the couple allegedly paid $500,000 “in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew — thereby facilitating their admission to USC.”

1. Apparently, the DA wants to make an "example" and is not entertaining plea deals (yet)

Somehow, I don't think they will find it to have been "worth it"...

That said, my prediction is they will face heavy fines and a very short jail stint to make a point. I don't see them facing 20 years or possibly even 20 days.

2. if either sees any time,

I'm a monkey's uncle. It's not like they tried to vote after a parking violation or something serious like that. Bribing school officials to get your barely literate bubble head daughters into schools they can't even spell is nothing. Fuck the kids that worked to deserve the entrance.
