You know all of the insanity going on now is building to something...

trump, I believe, knows deep down he's in deep shit, but because of his complete mental instability, his reaction only comes out as a form of stupid panic.

Panic in the form of reactionary rhetoric, panic in the form of distraction, panic in the form of never admitting he is wrong and panic in the form of inciting violence.

As more and more details come out about the investigation, as Mueller issues more indictments and witnesses come out with information about trump and as we get closer to the 2020 election, trump will only get worse.

Frankly, I don't think trump handles stress or pressure very well and, it's become obvious, he doesn't like confrontation.

If you look back upon the last couple of years, you can see a very clear pattern to his behavior.

He started out very high on his own self-righteousness by spreading lie after lie that he thought, that he believed, could never be proven incorrect.

Because, like many people in a certain demographic and have the same type of behavior and have been in the media for decades, they only realize the power of the internet after the fact. ghouliani is a perfect example. He says a lie; a lie that once upon a time took weeks to check, but now can be disproved almost instantly. As a result , he immediately looks like the ass that he is.

However, unlike ghouliani, trump uses it to his own advantage. Since he has always been a gaslighter, he just goes on to say, "I never said that" or just ignores it altogether and goes on to say something equally stupid or controversial to cover over the last fuck up.

His mouthbreathing followers eat it up because they hate all things non-white and non-male. And they feed with glee over any insult to either Obama, Hillary or the Dems.

But as time has worn on, and trump has become more desperate and panicked, his rhetoric has amped up.

Just short of calling for open violence, he has basically threatened the nation with violence via the Army, police and bikers comment.

Mark my words, as we near new indictments, perhaps his kids and jared, and as the circle gets closes around him, he will call for open violence. There is no "if" here, he will. His pattern shows this.

I have never owned a gun, and I'm not against people owning them. I believe honest good law abiding citizen's who are instructed in weapon safety, should be allowed to have them. And for the first time in my life, I am now seriously considering getting a shotgun for my personal protection.

I'm not one who generally believes in conspiracy theories, I've had my moments, but by and large choose rational critical thought over crazy ass, explain away whatever problem with stupid reasoning.

I am now honestly frightened. And if anyone knows me, it takes a lot to frighten me. I'm frightened because given trumps ramped up behavior over the last few months, I honestly don't think any of this is going to end well.

I foresee a point where, trump is alone. Everyone has been indicted and he can't trust those around him. (not that he really ever trusted anyone anyway). It will be at that point, he will go for broke. He will have nothing further to lose.

Two outcomes I see:

1) He gets reelected but the Dems take back the Senate and impeachment proceedings begin. He freaks out and calls for violence.

2) (The more likely of the two for me) His kids get indicted and he knows he's going to lose the election big time. He ramps up his rhetoric about fake elections, fake voters, voting suppression, vote rigging, etc and calls for his crazy followers to "protect the polls". At which point, there will be violence of some kind. trump will respond by saying, "they were protecting the polls" and say further, "any person suspected of vote rigging, etc, should have his ass kicked". And from that point, away we go to open fighting at the polls.

And for the first time in my life, I think I will see the National Guard out protecting polling sites.

Something is coming. I don't know what exactly, but it's stirring in my gut and it feels awful.

6. He loses the election and it will get REAL

I kept telling people, and they cant' get it, but had Hillary won, between him and how cranked up republicans are, things would have been equally worse right now, only in terms of them acting out against her, and someone absolutely was going to die if she had tried to seat a SCJ.

That said, if he loses, what he does between the time of the election and when our nominee is supposed to take the office will be pretty bad, and not sure he will just leave ...

Having said that, there will be those that will have to be dealt with for carrying out loner violent acts

7. K&R

Every time I see him, hear him or someone just mentions his name I get a sick feeling in my stomach. I don't see any way that this will end well. Even if he dies, his base will rise up in anger to defend his legacy.

11. It isn't confrontation that bothers Trump,

it is criticism, no matter how minor. He still hasn't gotten over the humiliation that president Obama laid on him at the correspondence dinner. That bothers him to this day. He is the definition of a snowflake.

13. One thing I doubt his followers can cope with is someone who is mentally ill.

If Trump gets crazy enough, they will probably back off, even turn on him because someone who is weak or ill becomes a "thing" to be attacked and/or destroyed, as I think a pack of animals might do.

15. I'm afraid you're right

He's too narcissistic to believe he won't win again. You know--because he's accomplished more than any other president ever has before. Some say he won't fold his tent even if his kids are indicted.

If he runs and loses, expect all hell to break loose....IF this charade is allowed to get that far. I don't believe the vast majority of military or police will follow his orders for revolution. But there may be combat between those, and the few who will continue to think he's god, or just like violence for its own sake. Bikers? I don't see that one either.

It could be interesting to see outgoing and incoming Secret Service battling each other.

16. Like any rich kid, he will play with ALL OF HIS TOYS, and the one he really hasn't played with yet

is his WAR POWERS.
He's going to send troops somewhere and do something HUGE,because he is smarter than any of those dumfuk generals, AND, as we all learned under Bush "YOU DON'T SWITCH HORSES IN MIDSTREAM" so he gets re-elected.

left early from his playdate with Kim.

He's ready to start a war.

But, we also shouldn't underestimate his ability to believe that he can get away with it all.

20. Oh he's getting ready. The other day, over my sleepy town of Monrovia, California, where the only

plane you EVER see in the sky is a helicopter looking for lost hikers in the mountains, TEN fully loaded Apache helicopters came over, in formation, back and forth for a few minutes before heading west...NEVER seen anything like that before, and there's NO military installations even remotely close to here.

19. Will our representatives openly challenge and condemn Trump's promise of the use of force.

He has encouraged violence during his campaign for the presidency. He refused to say that he would concede the election if he lost. In fact he said that if he lost the election would have been rigged. He has now called for the military to attack those who would oppose him, along with the police and bikers gangs. He is inciting rebellion against the very constitution he has swore to uphold. Will the congress condemn this anarchy or will they just wring their hands and dismiss it as the "wrong choice of words" as I heard apologists offering up in his defense? He did chose his words very carefully and I heard it loud and clear that any attempt to censure him or remove his from office will be met with his call for rebellion by his minions. Will the congress answer this challenge? It is time to force the issue. Are our representatives going encourage this unacceptable action of a rogue president to trample on the constitution by their silence and cowardly behavior by refusing to openly confront this despicable charlatan? The congress must censure this or it will only lead to more brazen behavior.

AND a huge portion of the "undecideds" will too, rally round the flag blah blah blah, and he gets re-elected easily.

Did they know what was coming?
Did they feel powerless to prevent what was coming??
The longer Trump stays in office, the more pessimistic I feel.

it isn't to declare martial law. Then he will remain president. I too am very scared about what trump will do. I also fear that some country will take advantage of us (or attack us) because trump is so hated except for dictators.

24. I'm not sure that Trump has the where-with-all to think more than a week in advance.

He is a reactionary creature like a rattlesnake. He senses he is in trouble and reacts.
His only long term thinking is in the form of how he phrases things to avoid responsibility based on his previous lawsuits against him.
I will only give him the credit that is equal to a rattlesnake. A great sense of survival but only based on lashing out. He is not in control of his faculties enough for long range planning.

26. I think you just gave a REALLY good description of Trump.

I think you're right- he doesn't plan, or read, or scheme, or anything like that. He just reacts like a lower form of animal life- pursue food, lash out at perceived danger. That's about it.

25. Scenario 3:

Rump loses the election, he refuses to accept the results because of "rampant voter fraud" (an assertion that will be backed by Fox News and other wingnut media), and calls out the army to enforce the "real" results.

27. Many have talked about a civil war in USA

This happened before the election.

Lets be clear.

The RIGHT (KKK, Evangelicals, White Nationalists, etc)

hate immigrants of color, LGBTQ, jewish people, hispanics, african americans, muslims.

They believe that they need to go back to white christianity.

A civil war could be coming. make sure you are prepared.

But never forget that there are a lot more of us than them. Whether its the ballot box or the battlefield they will lose, it's just a tragedy that many will likely have to bleed first.
