As Guaido finds himself unable to close the deal, he's resorting to the help of the Northern power.
In exchange, Guaido will probably rally Florida Latinos to vote for Trump/Pence.

Those are states where Latinos have less impact on the outcome and if the Democrat takes those states we don’t have to carry states like Florida to take the EC overall. We can still win the WH. CO and AZ might be harder to carry but I think we win them regardless.
