Kamala Harris vs. Elizabeth Warren
I just want to know who DUers prefer for 2020.

1. I admire the heck out of Warren, but Kamala seems more likely to excite the electorate...
I don't count out Biden, either, who could, as Presidential nominee, provide a great VP opportunity to any number of great DEMS.

2. There are twenty or so candidates.
Why pit those two against one another?

7. Exactly! We should be happy. As we've got multiple strong, intelligent women running for president.

entirely too soon for this "horse race" stuff.

4. Kamala is tougher and politically more savvy
I like Elizabeth Warren, and would vote for her in a heartbeat, but this election is going to be a knife fight.

12. Well said.
I think Kamala has the edge when the fight starts to get dirty, especially directly against Trump.

8. Too soon. All potential candidates should be at the knock on the door and local news where ...
they can give long nuanced answers.
I don't have any problem gladly voting for either or both of them. But I don't have any one of any of them in my mind right now. I want to hear what they all got say before a big time campaign takes over. |

9. Kamala missed it for me...
I have to have a candidate focused on getting money out of politics. She didn't have it on her website. Citizens United must be overturned and all campaign donations capped and published.

Nobody is gonna fight as a result of a poll made by a DU guy.

14. They are both great! It seems to me TPTB are more afraid of Warren.
Perhaps they have just had more time to plan against her.

15. I've appreciated learning more about EW. However, I'd choose
KH who, as a lifelong democrat/liberal, instinctively knows what to do/say when it comes to important issues that affect my life.
