Say what y'all want, but if Michelle Obama has a change of heart...

...she's probably as close to a sure thing as there is on the Democratic side of the aisle. She just has a presence, and I would love, love, love to see her debate DT. I think she'd probably mop the proverbial floor with his ass, and then buff it out with that wig.

2. Did you see the oxygen leave the room when she began talking???

Now imagine that grace, elegance, and class contrasted with Trump's smug, ginger raccoon, cheeto face smirking every time she calls him out on one of his plethora of lies. It would be a landslide of epic proportions.

3. Michelle Obama would rocket into the #1 position

without a doubt.

But I don't know how likely it is that she reconsiders. Maybe for 2024? I'd like to see Barack Obama as the ground-breaking First Husband as well!

4. Seems to me that she has made it clear she really, really...

hates DC games.

Now, if you want a real debate, Harris would be the one to wipe the floor with his orange ass.

7. Oh yea. I'm 100% all in on Harris...

...I'd be happy with almost any of them, but at some point you gotta pick a horse and place your bet. My money is on Kamala.

6. Michelle is simply too wonderful a person - I would hate to see her subject herself the whole proces

We just listened to her reading her book (got the CDs from the library). She is a treasure of a human being, and my belief is that she can do much more good where she is and I am sure as she moves beyond.

That family has been through quite enough....it is THEIR time now.

9. I genuinely think she would change Washington the way Barack tried to....

...and ultimately couldn't. There's something about her. She could be a once-in-a-lifetime President.

12. I was just talking with a Republican co-worker about this...

....don't lose perspective. We had a very, very suspect candidate with tons and baggage, and she still only lost the election by 80K votes spread across 3 states, and if not for DWS putting her toe on the scale for Clinton, we would likely be talking about President Sanders. "This environment" is very, very overstated. Her kids are about out of the house. Perhaps she finds herself in the fighting mood at some point in the not-too-distant future.

8. I wouldn't ever wish that glass house existence on her!

Even though she and President Obama were really great at protecting their girls and her mother. They made it look easy, but it had to have been extremely difficult!

...floors. Ceilings. Whatever.

16. Well you sure seemed to have misunderstood my reference

There is no connection between shattering glass ceilings and living in glass houses.

15. I love, respect & admire her -- but presidential run would be a mistake.

I think she knows that. Far from a sure thing.

....and saw the reaction she drew. I think she would win, and I don't think it would be close.

18. No, stumpy will never lose a debate...

in its own mine and the 30%ers that lick its boots...Wingers
don't get those facts needed to understand whats being debated...
So they make it up, along with a little help from the conspiracy
media...faux news and info wars..

19. Well, luckily Fox News won't be moderating any of the "official" debates...

But think about this for a moment. Obama, as good as a debater and orator as he is, got his clock cleaned by Romney in the first debate. There is a jinx of sorts when it comes to the incumbent and debates. They never do well. Trump, against Harris, Warren, Booker, Klobuchar, Castro, etc will be eviscerated. His base, the 30% you mention, of course will say he won. But the moderate center will see him for what he is. I would even argue, based on his poll numbers, they are already seeing him for what he is.

liberal platforms...gun control, abortion..They must see the money
that is being taken out of their pockets...The loss of control

20. I concur. The presidency is hers for the taking.

She would be an excellent president. Our country needs a moral compass again.

She would have to leave the WH windows open for a month to get the stink out.
