There is one reason Trump will campaign like the biggest bull moose with the most terrible case of heat in the entire history of moosedom (see Hunter S. Thompson who once compared presidential primary candidates to bull moose in heat). Because, thanks to Citizens United, he can rake in lots and lots of semi-legal campaign money in exchange for promises of even more border walls. Now that he is the incumbent, he will have extra special powers to make promises in exchange for lots and lots of what he loves best--money! And this time, there is a very good chance that Russia will not be able to hack the election, and Trump may get to retire to Trump Tower Moscow with a huge nest egg of money given in exchange for promises he will never have to keep.

It is all about the money. So, if there is no money, Trump has no reason to stay in DC. How do we eliminate the financial incentive to run again? We overturn Citizens United. Meaning the ball is in Chief Justice Roberts' court. Dude, Trump is your fault. What are you going to do about him?
