Reminder to Republicans ...

There can be no “deal” struck between Democrats and your “pResident” on the Wall – or anything else.

That’s because your “pResident” is a liar, and his word is good for sweet-fuck-all.

That has been made abundantly clear – over, and over, and over again. Whatever promises he makes to anyone are worthless. He has reneged on countless promises, and has “changed his mind” numerous times after assurances that he was agreeable to proposed compromises.

But don’t take my word for it – ask Mitch McConnell. Your “president” promised him he’d sign a bill with respect to funding a border wall, and then left him hanging in the wind by reneging on the deal twenty-four hours later.

If your “president” can’t be trusted to keep promises made to his own party members, why would anyone trust his word on anything?

So now McConnell refuses to bring anything to the floor for a vote unless Trump pre-approves it – and as we’ve seen, your “pResident’s” assurances to sign anything are worthless.

Where that leaves your party is a no-man’s-land where nothing can be voted on in the Senate, because obviously Trump cannot be trusted to adhere to any promises made, or any assurances given.

But keep up the good work! I’m sure those who are going without pay, and are facing dire financial woes as a result, will rush to the polls in 2020 to vote a bunch of spineless Republicans back into office.

Your “pResident” is a fuckin’ moron, and he’s going down – big time. I can only surmise that many of your party members continue to defend and enable him because they fear that Mueller will expose their complicity in the many crimes your “pResident” has committed, and continues to commit.

Once Mueller’s findings are revealed – which they will be, one way or the other – we will watch with amusement as you attempt to explain to the nation exactly why you continuously kissed the ass of Putin’s puppet, and why you threw your own constituents under the bus in order to placate a lying madman – and good luck with that.

The more that has been exposed about Trump’s ties to Russian operatives, the more that has been revealed about his attempts to enact policies that benefit Russia to the detriment of the welfare of our country and its citizens, the more certain Republicans have embraced and defended those policies.

There really is no other logical explanation for this behaviour, other than that there are many within your own party’s ranks who continue to defend the indefensible because they live in fear of their own corruption being exposed if they do otherwise.

If there are any honest GOPers left among you, if there are any still in your ranks who are innocent of any wrong-doing, I would strongly suggest that they head for the lifeboats now, before it’s too late to reach safe distance before the Trumptanic goes down – because when it sinks, it’s going to take your party down with it.

Mitch and the gutless GOP in the Senate found time to vote to enrich Deripaska, but they won't vote to pay U.S. workers.

It's almost as if they count on Russia to keep them in office rather than U.S. voters.

When this is all over, and the dotard MF45 is deleted from political history and the Republicans are put back under their respective rocks, remember to:

1. Smile.
2. Be polite to your neighbours.
3. Worry less about how your neighbours, family, etc voted, and their rationale behind it.
4. Get back to concentrating on important things in your life - your family, your job, etc.

May the day come soon!

one must do two simple things. Say what you do and do what you say. Trump has never done either.

That's why he failed at business and is failing at politics.

I'm sure that when Trump realizes his pushing with all his might to get his own way, and not getting it, that he feels he can just give up this government politics business, and go back to running his 'successful' business empire.

Unfortunately, people now know who he is - if they didn't before - and he has made so many enemies over the last few years, that going back to his previous job will prove to be impossible.

I'm going to bet he will do the Dictator Sideways Shuffle, resign then fly out quick smart with a suitcase of stolen money.
To a country with no extradition treaty with the US.
