What will it take for Red Don to be arrested, I mean today? As a nation I don't think we can stand

much more and I would think as the illegitimate POTUS, his actions warrant removal, by arrest from the Oval Office. Need to run to the store but look forward to your thoughts.

1. Impeachment is the mechanism for removal from office.

Not gonna happen today, sorry.

2. BUT......he doesn't legitimately hold that office. Impeachment doesn't apply.

4. Where is that in the Constitution?

“Rule of law” is not “make it up as you go along”.

6. Of course he legitimately holds it.

Legitimacy is bestowed by the Electoral College. They cast their electoral votes for him and thus he occupies the office legitimately, like it or not.

There is simply no mechanism, no legal recourse to enact the sort of solution you’re imagining here. If we want him out (and obviously, we do!) the only path is impeachment followed by conviction (likelihood virtually nil) or by beating his ugly orange ass in 2020.

All else is fantasy.

11. So keep a known traitor in power while he destroys the country.

Let's not quibble about "if" he is a traitor any longer.

Its ridiculous that a criminal stays in the WH.

Aided by other criminals in the Senate.

Putin is poised to administer a crushing blow through drumphsli any day now.

13. Short of impeachment followed by conviction

or the equally unlikely use of Section 4 of the 25th Amendment there is no lawful way to remove him from authority. Reality is a harsh mistress.

7. Yes he does

He may have cheated to get across the finish line but he did cross it.

10. Unfortunately, he does legitimately hold said office.

He won the electoral college.

3. I don't know what it will take for him to be arrested, but a few more

buckets of KFC and couple dozen Big Macs should do the trick to get him out of office.

5. To be arrested, he would have to be arrested for murder. Specifically,

For a shooting/murder on 5th Ave. of person named President Sean Hannity.

9. "Red Don" is now my favorite nickname for Donnie Two Scoops.

Too bad Patrick Swayze isn't still alive to take him down.
