And the fish in our rivers have largely died from the continuing died and our beaches have had massive fish kills caused by oxygen starvation and red algae washed up on our shores.

I'm a native Texan, and for decades, Texas was primarily a Democratic state. Even now, there are very strongly Democratic pockets in Texas. I come from one of them: Galveston County. In fact, it was two Galveston County residents that filed the suit against the voter ID laws in Texas. We are good people.

I'm not a Texan but I agree with you.

Incidentally, as you undoubtedly already know, Bush was not a native Texan but was from Connecticut.
