Did you ever have a new boss who was brought in from the outside?

Didnít know anything about the business or how things work? And didnít admit that they didnít know? Hopefully people who voted for this ignorant inexperienced unstable greenhorn will learn a lesson. We are all suffering because of their stupidity.

5. I was at a company and was

one of the people who built it from 15 to 400. This new guy came in and was a total jerk. People started leaving until we finally had a RIF. I was one of the people let go. I was the first of the original people let go. He hated me and fired me. He was absolutely brutal to work with. The company was sold. Everyone who worked there thought it was the greatest company they had ever worked for and it turned into the worst place they ever worked. He never got another job in our industry.

6. Way worse than just that

It's as if your company brought in a boss that was actually working for the competition and their goal was to bankrupt and destroy your company.

7. New bosses brought in twice

however they did know their shit and immediately improved the situation for all of us.

It's pretty easy to see the difference between them and Oranganus.

8. Yeah, we got one fresh from Lamar Alexander's staff.

He got fired 15 years later for taking kickbacks from vendors, ie., typical Republican scum.

9. Yes. Also was part of a huge corporate "merger"

which was really a takeover. My company was taken over. Not pretty.

10. "Beware the overpaid man."

He'll do anything to keep his job, knowing full well his own incompetence and lack of options in a fair market. Their hire isn't an accident. I know of one company that hired a pack of them, effectively a wolfpack that, among other things, ran an extortion/bribery racket from within the company.

That was the phrase we used in the 80s. Now we can add overpaid women as well, and yes that means you SHS.
