Its not claiming an invasion underway or imminent. Preparatory movements tho?
Something a normal admin would be taking very seriously.

(54,349 posts)He already invaded and annexed Crimea, and the Ukraine's industrial east is already a puppet Russian colony, occupied by Russian forces. From there, it's a march across open wheat fields all the way to the Polish border if Putin wants. He knows the worst we'd do is freeze a few of their bank accounts, most of which, I'm sure, will be empty by the time we get around to it.

(6,390 posts)...here will be at its worst. We'll be paralyzed in a Constitutional Crisis with legitimacy issues in government.
Of course, I think think this is only one part of the puzzle. Poroshenko isn't exactly anti-Putin. But should another "revolution" and against Poroshenko due to the slow progress of reforms, unpopular military decisions, unpopular reforms or all three or combination. Well...we're not going to be in any position to call him out on that.
