Pat Robertson: Dont adopt sexually abused children that could grow up weird
Televangelist Pat Robertson on Thursday cautioned his viewers to think twice before adopting disadvantaged children that had been sexually abused or deprived of food because they could grow up weird.
During Thursdays edition of The 700 Club co-host Kristi Watts read a letter from a woman who wanted to know why men stopped dating her when they learned that she had adopted three daughters from three different countries.
Can I answer? Watts asked. I was going to say because theyre dogs. Thats just wrong on every level.
When does God remove this idiot from this earth???

(61,690 posts)couple of months that PR has said something like this. I don't remember what the last situation was, but his reaction was coldblooded, irresponsible, and unChristian.
I think he needs to be removed from the program. I think he's getting senile.

That would show them. Too bad, there is no god to do it. It almost would be worth it if there were.
Damn! Foiled again.

(3,596 posts)He professes to be Christian but, as a Christian, I do not believe he understands anything of Christ's message. Christ would not exclude people based on their background, ethnicity, gender, belief system, etc. He embraced the lowest in his society. Pat should engage in some serious soul searching before he dies. He has that opportunity.

(5,158 posts)yet, just like Jerry Falwell, he does not follow the teachings of Christ.
I believe there is a special place in hell for people like that, and hopefully ol' Pat will join his pal Falwell there soon.
