1. The Vice President, according to Tillerson was fully active in the transition & this administration

Given the evidence,

See here for the evidence:
Why Is Mike Pence Calling for an End to the Mueller Probe? - Slate
A timeline of where and when for Mike Pence.

Point #1 - Nov. 11, 2016: Pence becomes chair of the Trump transition team, with Flynn as vice chair.

I find it conveniently highly questionable that he's not fully wrapped up in RussiaGate as much as others were in tRump's inner circle. Hell, for most of the time, it would seem that Mike Pence is running the show, being that tRump is just the face of the administration.

3. Unfortunately, we are in danger of losing this country either way.

Because Trump has shown that 46 per cent of the country will vote for an evil idiot, and most of those people will continue supporting him no matter what he does. Imagine what an evil genius could do. The evil geniuses of the world are already making their own plans.

7. It wasn't really 46%.

It was about 25% to 27% of the eligible electorate. Remember that only 54% of the eligible electorate voted for Trump and he got less than half of that vote.

The big problem is apathy from the general public and part of that apathy is because people do not think that the government does anything for them.

14. It doesn't matter. You get the votes and you are in.

Once you are in, it's hard to take you out. Even if you left a trail of giant boulders behind you and screw up the most basic tasks of the job, it takes a lot of time and effort to catch you. Somebody smarter would be even harder to catch, fool more people, and able to do more damage.

18. Trump tariff methods only last as long as tRump is in office

which is too short of time for any US manufacture to invest, depend on. All it does is hurt us economically. A congressionally mandated tariff is what Hartman is for which could last for decades and worth building US factories, making capital investments for.

“For the good of the country “ means prosecution to the full extent of the law, and nothing less.

that that was one of the biggest mistakes ever.
All it did was prove you can thumb your nose at the law and get away with it.

Gerald Ford, when he pardoned Nixon, told every future president they could break the law with impunity. Insane,

12. Ironically, it is the Republicans
Fri Dec 7, 2018, 04:30 PM
Dec 2018

that ended the days of small lies and personal failings of the president being overlooked and accepted. Presidents have always bent laws, acted "immorally", some may have even been quasi-openly gay, but when Republicans in my lifetime began making a stink about EVERYTHING done by Democratic presidents they opened the door to having THEIR people scrutinized. That's pretty tough when presidents are humans. It's delightful/horrifying/fascinating when its a subhuman president (Trump)!
