THE INSIGNIFICANCE OF GLOBAL WARMING

I cannot understand all of the arguments being had while republiscums's are "softening" their denier positions.

Perhaps, if we look under the covers we can see the bigger threat to our planet that has been ignored for far too long.

We are on the precipice of an extinction event for planet Earth.

Currently we have a live China Syndrome in Japan. The reactor core is eating its way to the center of the Earth.

But, hey, electing a moron for president is a 24/7/365 day obsession....

Go figure....

No, there is no "live China Syndrome", and one of those is not worse than global warming muriel_volestrangler Nov 2018 #4

We can't do anything about saving the planet while these morons are in charge. Seems like that's job Number 1.

A reactor breach is spilled milk?

Being unable to reverse a reactor breach that science indicates will be the death of planet Earth, we should just pick up roadside trash to
save a planet we have already killed?

If one started, it would contaminate local groundwater; but it would disperse and lose criticiality. A sustained nuclear reaction deep down wouldn't be a particular problem - it's already very hot down there.

But if you're thinking of Fukushima, it stopped years ago. It's a local disaster, but it's not global. Warming is.
