How much sheer f*ckery can Republicans get away with in the House before January?

I suspect they are going to do everything they can to hobble and stymie the incoming Democratic majority.
But I'm no expert, so does anybody know how many House rules they can change, other things they can do that would be like setting out a minefield for us?

So they can't change any rules now. The subpoenaed Comey and Lynch. That's about the worst they can do now, and it probably won't even work.

But what would be the point of that? And they still have to pass a budget by Dec. 7 with idiot Trump threatening a shutdown.

8. The only thing I've found out for sure, researching, is that NOTHING can happen in a new Congress

until a new Speaker is elected. So I wonder what arcane rules and laws the Republicans might come up with to obstruct that happening. I put nothing past them.

9. Just imagine what Trump will do from after he loses the election in 2020

until he leaves office in January of 2021. Just think of the pardons and executive order he will issue.
