Iowa aside, Gingrich is very, very dangerous for the country.

Bluntly opposed to a national safety net for our most disadvantaged, to the point of bigotry. Bluntly in favor of a reckless brinksmanship in foreign policy. Doesn't recognize the role of the Supreme Court as an independent branch of our government. And a history of erratic, disruptive and obstructionist manipulations of the legislative process.

Will Republican voters get a clue? Who knows. He has a media presence at this point. I hope the media does more than air his talking points.

I agree with you.

BUT I think he's even MORE dangerous for his own party. He had a decade to improve his brand; clearly he hasn't learned a thing about appealing to the public.

(on edit) I just rile at the message he's touting. A carnival barker for a destructive agenda, domestically and internationally. Couched in a professorial mantle.

Same with Ron Paul, imo.

And as noted, neither will likely be our opponent for the Presidency. Just hate the vitriol.

I would love to see Obama destroy him and his false god all at once.
