As I have said before as crazy as it sounds I will bet that in red counties across the country GOP voters without ID will vote. You can do a lot of sneaky things and appeals will not be heard until after the election is already decided.
We are dealing with a party that is acting like a bunch of rabid rats. Anything is possible.
I can explain why I am so cynical. I have a close friend who was an election judge in an election in a red county. He was tracking who was voting. At the end of the day, the numbers did not add up. There were more Democratic voters at that site yet the tallies at the end of the day showed a lot more GOP voters. He questioned it, but was told that the numbers were correct and pretty much dismissed. He was in a county that is very red and almost all the official their are GOP. To this day he is convinced that they stuffed the ballot box somehow.

(10,602 posts)enough voting machines. There were hours waiting lines in the most Democratic districts. In red districts there seemed to be no problems.
And if you look at the Siegleman case in Alabama that is the most blatant. I am sure the Wisconsin recall vote was rigged. They are destroying voting records in some questionable counties on that one. And the sudden appearance of voters in the election of that GOP Wisconsin judge.
The fact that we have a poisoned corrupt and bought media makes it possible to cheat wildly at the local level. I can remember my late father-in-law running for sheriff in his little county on the GOP ticket. l I still have his campaign poster. The powers that be down in that little central Kentucky county were actually paying in hard cash supporters to vote for them.
Our Secretary of State has purged so called inactive voters that our campaign is notifying. And you cannot be sure they are not inactivating and deregistering whole classes of voters they do not want. There is so much mayhem you can do in the cover of "darkness" so to speak.
