We had one person indicted with the Cheney outing of Plame, and that was Scooter Libby.

Mueller had indicted or had guilty pleas from a whole bunch of people, and another handful of cooperating witnesses.

Mueller doesn't want to be accused of trying to effect the vote. Tump has successfully terrified the FBI into not wanting to be accused of partisanship.

Regardless of the bungling Comey.
