Won't need Mueller's report made public....all info will be in indictments of others!

Many of us are worried that Mueller's upcoming report will not be made public. I worry about that to some degree, but my worry is greatly mitigated by the reality that anything Mueller wants made public can be included in any indictments of the others who are involved.

Remember in Cohen's indictment that it was made public that Cohen was acting at the behest of Trump while committing some of the crimes. Also remember all of the previously unknown information we now know due to other indictments and court filings.

So....ANY illegal actions by Trump can be highlighted in indictments of his fellow conspirators. Therefore, it won't matter if a Trump sycophant in a position of power in the DOJ wants the report kept from public view. Mueller can expose everything when he indicts others.

As for whether any indictments Mueller wants to hand down can in fact be filed.....just like anybody with an IQ over 70, Mueller and Rosenstein have known since the beginning that they were highly likely to be fired. Those two legal heavyweights have been ready for any obstructive actions Trump and crew may take. I am confident that they have a fail-safe plan in place to obstruct the obstruction.

For example, there may already be sealed indictments, along with a strategy made in concert with the presiding judges to almost instantly unseal them if certain actions taken against Mueller and Rosenstein were to occur (and let us remember that sealed indictments cannot be obviated after the fact). Alternatively, there may be an arrangement for indictments to be handed down by DOJ officials designated by Rosenstein and Mueller to do so under similar circumstances.

Rosenstein and Mueller are ready, the truth will definitely be exposed, and that will set us free!

Mueller and Rosenstein are just being prudent. Why give Trump ammunition to attack them? tableturner Oct 2018 #2
Is this an actual directive that was given? Takket Oct 2018 #5
Yes, a DOJ directive, not hard law, but a guideline. tableturner Oct 2018 #7

I'm not knowledgeable on these legal subjects.

Can you please clarify what a "sealed indictment" is?
Are they opened up in front of a Grand Jury? Who decides whether to open it? The judge? Is the subject of the indictment required to attend?

So for example, there could already be sealed indictments for Don Jr., Roger Stone, Jared Kushner and others?
Thanks for any info!

A sealed indictment is one already handed down by a grand jury, but which is kept secret. The judge and prosecutor decide when to make it public. Unsealing an indictment simply makes it public, so there is nothing for the subject to attend to at the moment when one is unsealed, other than being booked and going before a judge to make a plea sometime after the unsealing. Yes, there could presently be sealed indictments filed against those you listed and others.
