Summary
The National Park Service proposes to revise special regulations related to demonstrations and special events at certain national park units in the National Capital Region. The proposed changes would modify regulations explaining how the NPS processes permit applications for demonstrations and special events. The rule would also identify locations where activities are allowed, not allowed, or allowed but subject to restrictions.

(2,275 posts)The bill is completely unconstitutional. It blocks people from assembling and speaking their minds near war memorials, the MLK memorial and on 80% of the area in front of the Whitehouse.
The drafters of the bill were mostly serving Trump, but stuck in the memorials to put lipstick on a pig. Nevermind that those veterans, along with Martin Luther King, fought for the right to protest and speak out.
THIS IS FASCIST LEGISLATION and everyone on DU should consider making a comment before tomorrow's deadline.
