were set aside in the U.S. Congress, the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to individuals exposing rape as a weapon of war?

I could not help thinking that if Roy Moore, Trump, Kavanaugh and others could have "understood" the rationale of that.
But perhaps i exaggerate...

I know what you mean but that "Peach" Prize sounds mighty appetizing right now.
And yes, the irony of the situation is palpable. I imagine Little Donnie Trump is somewhat miffed because he didn't win it, with his "love" affair with Kim Jong-un and all.
