Kellyanne said "Don't blame other people. You have to be responsible for your own actions."

1. Pretty sure she'd say that to her children

"You got raped? Don't blame other people. You have to be responsible for your own actions."

2. So is she saying "Blame yourself" as in "Blame the victim"?

I really have no time for this woman. Her only true talents are similar to those of Sarah Sanders, lying and taking fast to filibuster and eat up interview time.

4. She's saying what my Mother said to me,

It’s your fault if you put yourself in that situation. Excusing the men for not being able to control themselves, it’s my responsibility to not put myself in a vulnerable situation such as an unsupervised houseful of drunk kids. Or wearing too much make-up. Or wearing too-tight jeans... I’m just asking for trouble.
