Holy shit! John Heilman (MSNBC analyst) knew Mark Judge when he (Heilman) was a . . . .

. . . . bartender in Georgetown. He said he was exactly as described now: a slovenly, obnoxious, loutish, thuggish, drunk.

Hahahahahaha

but hasn't he stopped drinking? If so, may even understand something about the 'syndrome,' including tendency to lie to cover up.

When was this?

Georgetown can be a tough town on the bar circuit. I was warned about that when visiting, by an old friend who played music in a very popular Georgetown bar. He wouldn't even let me wait for a cab on the main drag there. And I recall that there were young men hitting on older women all the time and thought that was odd. Now I wonder what was up with that.

McConnell didn't even want him as a nominee in the beginning, obviously because he knew he had a questionable past and could be a difficult confirmation. Why not cut bait and nominate someone that isn't horrible?

Friends hung out there lots, and I've known the area for years.

Since the beginning of this issue I've been saying Mark G. Judge must be called to testify, absolutely.

Those Georgetown bars must be pretty bad. They warn women to stay away from them.
