that? It certainly wasn't a secret. It was being discussed right after she started displaying the sign, with her hands being held in awkward positions for extended periods to accomplish it. She wasn't just "flashing" it, she held her hands that way for a long period. He knew. He would be informed. It was right behind him during the hearings. Why was she invited back to do it again? He should be disqualified for condoning this.
