entitles them to access the U.S. Treasury for any amount they like, no questions asked, because it's 'their' money by right of natural birth.

I don't think they have ever been able to explain satisfactorily how they are entitled to these funds since they so rabidly oppose Federal taxation. But it's better not to try and figure out their twisted thought-processes.
