Did they see Donald Trump say that Manafort was "a good person" and it's "sad" what they are doing to our country?
I have no doubt but that he was trying to influence the jury. If he can persuade just one, that is all that is needed.
It looked like obvious jury tampering.
It was a mistake not to have them sequestered.

(9,904 posts)Should wealthy people with powerful friends be entitled to BREAK THE LAW and suffer no consequences when they are caught? Do you pay your taxes?
Those are the questions they should be asking themselves if they are contemplating jury nullification. I am assuming there is documented evidence that laws were broken.
I believe jurors are instructed to avoid all talk and news about the case outside of the jury room prior to reaching a verdict.
