I blame her a lot.

He replied by insulting Rosie O'Donnell who wasn't involved in the campaign at all.
Then he made the "bleeding from her where ever" remark about Kelly.

It should have been stopped right there. Kelly should have gone to the
RNC and screamed and threatened lawsuit.

He should not have been allowed to talk like that about a moderator asking perfectly normal questions.

I can't listen to Kelly when she talks about other women and "me too" when she accepted that without making it into a disqualifying issue.
