Wow: county clerk pointing a finger at Kobach, who is both candidate and election administrator, in a big vote-tabulation discrepancy

And he is not going to recuse himself, and he is giving wrong instruction since election to county clerks, and he has started campaigning for the general election even though no one has declared him the winner, and there are only 104 votes separating him from his GOP opponent, and there are several counties with discrepancies now, and provisionals have not been counted.

4. Absolutely. A glaring prima facie case for conflict of interests up one side of the street and down

the other. We have lots of folks who can handle tabulating a simple election man. Chances are good the guy lost. If OH is any indication, these races can be festering with sketchy realizations as peoples dishonesty or true incompetence comes oozing out of the wood-work. We got them under microscope though. NAtional news tends to reel in the cheating somewhat it seems. What they'd normally "just get away with" in their local districts bc of local news coverage, is now seen by a lot more eyeballs.

About election cheating. Problem is he is the one doing that.

He turned on one Precinct. He won 466 to 422. Problem is the vote was actually 466 to 522. He lost that one.

Did the same thing. He also bought Diebold machines. Board of election would not accept them until they had a paper trail.

Voter Fraud is improperly casting a ballot. Voter Fraud is so exceedingly rare that is statistically insignificant.

Election Fraud is rigging an election. Election Fraud is what the rethugs do with gerrymandering, unregistering voters, closing polling places in minority areas, requiring photo IDs, etc.

that Kobach is very nakedly breaking the law on several points. Given his track record, i’d be very surprised if the courts sided with him. So there doesn’t seem to be a point to his actions, other than being a prick.

suppression of voting rights? Excellent reporting. After reading it, I know deep within my heart that Kobach has no limits. He is a vile excuse for a human being.
