19. Coming together enough, yes. I read that he and the

other Democratic candidates were careful not to actually attack Whitmer in the last debate. Since she will almost certainly be the Democratic nominee for governor in this swing state, she of course doesn't have their luxury of tacking to the left. She will the one who will be filling state offices if she wins, and I'm wondering if he might like to work to advance healthcare from within and position for his next run.

In any case, if the poll numbers are an indication, four days from now they will all classily bow out and hopefully throw themselves into rescuing MI from the Republicans.

20. Still a lot of undecideds

And with three candidates in the race, anything can happen.

24. Scary. The race that counts is the one

that will elect a Democratic governor. Or fair to.

This is a state where voters stunned the experts by voting for Donald Trump two years ago. On the other hand, Michiganís current governor is blamed for the lead poisoning of an entire city ó Flint ó and for waiting too long to do anything about it.

Michigan is also a state that was once one of the nationís wealthiest, and whose citizens are now poorer than average, where the roads are falling apart, and where many schools are failing to do an adequate job educating the kids, and college graduates are leaving the state to find work. ...

Republican Attorney General Bill Schuette, 64, is the clear frontrunner, and has been running for governor, some say, since he was elected attorney general in 2010.

Heís a strong supporter of President Trump, who endorsed him early on in a tweet that unfortunately misspelled his name. Personally wealthy by inheritance, he has raised millions, much of it from major corporations.

He has long strongly appealed to social conservatives, opposing same-sex marriage and legalized marijuana in addition to abortion.[

that wasn't a good look so he'd better make nice.

9. Not exactly. He used the term "legal money laundering" - Apologized and deleted it and then went

on to explain what he meant by tweeting:

To be clear, I donít believe that @gretchenwhitmer or Build a Better Michigan have done anything illegal - nor did I intend that, or am I accusing them of it.

But they used a legal loophole to subvert transparency. Over $550,000 used to sway voters in this race are untraceable.

Legal doesnít mean right. And this money - a la Citizens United - is what corrupts our democracy.

Itís why I donít take corporate money.

But hey - no politician ever takes a punch at his opponent. Only those approved by those who shall be nameless.

Yeah - unity. It's why the Democrats will probably blow this midterm - some of those just can't seem to help themselves.

Then he deleted that and changed it to "legal money laundering".

37. That is incorrect. He falsely accused her of money laundering in his first tweet

He then deleted that one, and posted the ďlegal money launderingĒ.

Happily now he posted the unity one. Thank you for sharing that.

Here is the first one.

We currently have another politician/entertainer/traitor in this country who uses twitter just like this.

Guy keeps having to go back.... back.... way back....

Uses polls like that other Twitter champion as well.

The reality.

39. It's a little late to retract the claws, I think, Mr. El-Sayed.

The damage has been done, I suspect. Are you not embarrassed that you made those accusations, now that they have backfired on you? Where, I wonder, did you get the information in the first place? Care to share?
