This has probably been asked before-
but, I don't recall seeing a thread on it.
I wonder why Donald Trump, or his kid, ever seem to read the responses to their tweets? Reading replies, it seems like those two would have an idea of how hated they are- This is hands down the most bizarre "Presidency" I have ever seen. I remember Watergate fairly well.

1. speaking totally out of ignorance, but I would say the replies are filtered.
I repeat, I have no inside info on this. But it seem to me to be the most likely explanation.
Hey, lets ask Hope Hicks. |

3. I didn't think of that
I don't use twitter, but that seems likely.

5. I don't use it either, it just seems like a reasonable explanation to the post.

2. Spanky used to block some people because he didn't like the response
But now that a judge has ruled he can't, he just won't read them anymore.
Also - Spanky has a serious case of Conformational Bias and would skip right past any tweet responses he doesn't like and that don't kiss his fat ass. |

6. Trumpsky is a bullhorn.
For him, communication is one directional.
