Trump wants to redesign Air Force 1!

He wants to to paint the outside of the plane "red, white & blue"! There is a reason why it is painted with the colors on it now. It's simple. It blends into the sky and can "not" be easily identifiable when in flight! He does "not" have a clue with many reasons why, but he's the smartest people ever to be president, "NOT"!

That would be very close range and AF 1 has many defensive mechanisms which would prevent that. If it was ever shot down it would be by a missile long range and no one can see it at that distance.

It’s probably the most recognizable aircraft in the world. If a foe is close enough for gunfire, it isn’t doing to hide with blue paint... and any other weapon system doesn’t care what color it is.

The plane’s existing coloring is because Kennedy told the designer that he liked blue. The AF was originally going to give it a bright orange forward section with a black nose.

(Of course I mean “the planes that most often serve as AF1”)
