..........rather than selecting a particular candidate and throwing votes his/her way, what they'll do in 2018 is play on the "blue wave." He says what they'll do is select DEMOCRATS and start throwing absurd numbers of votes their way, like giving certain Democrats thousands more votes than people that live in that district, for example. The goal will be to make the election results look so absurd that the Republicans can then step up and shout, "SEE? We TOLD you the Democrats were the ones rigging elections!!!" and then move to have the results invalidated and any further elections cancelled "until we can figure out what's going on."

If this happens in many districts then it'll be obvious what happened.
